London Fashion Week proved that it grew up this year as the 2012 collection was much more a display of elegant wear, compared to the quirky and emerging styles that usually play out on the catwalks.
Leading the line-up this year were acknowledged fashion maestros including collections by Burberry’s Christopher Bailey, Paul Smith, and Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen. Each of their catwalk selections proved that London has quickly moved into the realm of sophistication and luxury. (more…)
