Spotlight on Agent Provocateur

3 Oct

Agent Provocateur is a lingerie company that was founded in Britain and has become known as the premiere luxury lingerie shop. Its flagship store is located in Soho and since then has seen their brand expand into 13 different countries, with thirty stores spread out across the largest cities in the world.

The brand is known for its unique and creative lingerie styles that border on fresh and provocative which surprisingly have gained a large audience among classy young businesswomen who want to look classy and sophisticated in the bedroom in the new era of sexual freedom.

The company is rooted in fashion history given the fact that it was founded by Vivienne Westwood’s son Joseph Corre and his then wife Serena Rees. Rees started the store after she became tired of seeing women dress shoddily under high end garments, and so she came up with the idea of selling high end fashion lingerie that is fun to wear underneath clothes so that everything from head to toe matches.

Clientele feel comfortable shopping at the store as the couple offered a confidentiality contract to anyone that shopped within the store allowing it to build a loyal customer base.
