While France in general has a mystique and draw that is unmatched by any other European country, the south of France in particular is greatly enticing, given the fact that it offers a wide array of different environments and lifestyles that you could spend months exploring and still have plenty more to see.  The following however are a few places that you should make sure to check out next time you are in France.

Those who want to see the true allure of Southern France should head towards Provence where you will be met with purple lavender and plenty of small friendly villages that may get crowded during tourist season but are still a delight to visit.

Travelling on the Orient Express

Orient Express

The Orient Express can be a fun journey for adults and children alike and is often travelled by many holiday goers in look of a unique experience. It is important to understand however that most timings cannot be confirmed more than a week in advance due to the fact that the Orient Express runs along the British rail network and thus you need to wait until a week before to receive tickets and are advised to check in at least thirty minutes before the train is scheduled to depart.
